Able to work flexible hours to meet needs of diverse clients in company portfolio. Expected to provide low-tier customer support and trouble-shooting, and to collect common inquiries to improve future product. This role is flexible; agreement will be for a set numbers of hours per week or day (depending on the contract) and will be measured by customer satisfaction.
