Chat agent jobs are good for those that want to work at home but need a non-phone job because of noise and distractions in their homes. These customer service professionals may do tech support, answer billing questions or sell products via email, text or chat. So if you are looking for a remote, online chat job, it’s a good idea to browse call center employers as well.
